The Terapo Leadership & Mental Wellness Fellowship is a structured leadership development and community impact pathway designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience to lead themselves, support others, and create measurable social impact.

Through a combination of leadership training, mental wellness education, community service, and practical deployment, fellows progress through different levels of growth and responsibility.
